No invoices, purchase orders, or checks will be accepted.

25-99 = 8.40 per book

100-999 = 7.00 per book

1,000- 2,499 = 6.30 per book

2,500+ = subject to net pricing

Plan ahead ground orders can take 10-14 business days. To avoid delays please fill out the information on the order form completely:

• Please include your credit card and contact information. No checks can be accepted.
• If you are tax exempt, you must fill out page three and include you exemption number and certificate. We will assign an account number upon processing your initial order.
